Close-captioned for the visually impaired.
I've got my finger on it.

Wow - that video is awesome. I'm doing antennae from now on.

Paulownia farm management, 9 Drake St, Osborne Park.
A potential problem with paulownia is you invariably need to laminate. There are no 4 - 5" blocks available here. They'd have to be specifically sourced and that could take ages and cost more of course.
Thanks for the kind words. Now back to my dark crafts....

Thanks Raav, I'll check them out, getting used to laminating, not many decent blocks of anything good around here that don't cost a packet.

I thought that that was what JC said when they nailed him up "there`s no pleasing some people", quote "Life of Brian"

I'd had a lovely supper, and all I said was "that piece of Halibut was good enough for Jehovah".
"...ooh she said at again... (deeper)he said it again, he said it again!"

Paulownia
I have been off line for 5 weeks and only found this thread this morning. I was selling 100 x 200 mm planks of Paulownia when I ran my business. My successor should be doing the same as he took over my stock. Google him with 'paulownia timber sales' or phone Geoff on 0411 676 854 if your interested.

Nearly there.
Are there tools for getting into the crevices that anyone can mention? I have used a few knives and some smallish files, but i can't help but feel there is a better way...something better.

WOW, Raav, It looks awesome, almost real, love the veins. Do you have a Dremel? I use a Dremel with the small carving attachments to get into crevices.

Thanks Rob
A dremel promises much but delivers less than I'd have hoped for. But in this case it's the wedge shaped crevices that concern me - where the fingers fold into the palm.
Oh, and something that carves internally the spaces that you can't see and reach. Just for authenticity.
Maybe the dark arts can help?
