Downloaded all four videos and my machine is busy spreading the word. I have a question about Azureus.
Downloading the videos was ok. Peering them to others works ok. Close down Azureus and I get the dreaded BSOD!!!! Happens every time I do it and it's a pita as I run a weather station 24/7. Anyone else have the same problem? It also looses all the share ratio information and the setup wizard runs again when I start Azureus.
Any help would be appreciated.

Guys and Gals, we have 11 seeding Neils video (pt1) at the moment. That is just bloody brilliant. 11 copies out there and my own upload is only 2 full copies. My thanks to you all. At this rate, I'll be able to put up part 2 tomorrow.
If i wasn't just plasticene, you'd all get a big pat on the back

Yeh, I've tried that but it still does it. I wait until the screen shows all activity as stopped, I then check my usage meter to see any activity, then I shut the program down. About 10 seconds after it shuts down I get the BSOD, then I walk away   . Thanks for the response.

A bit about Azureus. If you exit in the normal matter it just minimises to the bottom right toolbar thingy and keeps uploading/downloading. To exit you must then right click on the minimised icon and exit the application that way. I have never had a virus or intrusion using torrents and I have downloaded thousands of gigabytes, get into it and enjoy the rewards. Mininova and daemonoid.com have a huge amount of files. Just be aware that some prominent ISP's limit uploads and include them in the monthly quota; some even choke torrent ports to limit downloads.

My new ISP is Internode and I am much, much happier. No upload charges or limits, 10 hours per month FREE dial-in linked to my broadband account, they actually deliver the bandwidth I pay for and, guess what, I pay two-thirds of what I used to plus I no longer need a separate dial-up account.
Oh, did I say all that out loud did I? Sorry T******!Last edited by Groggy; 5th August 2006 at 01:02 AM. Reason: corrected bandwidth figure

Checked with my ISP today - they don't even monitor uploads and I am therefore unrestricted. I will try to keep seeding as much as possible then (after hours), and mainly overnight so my computer use won't be slowed by it.
Hope you guys enjoy the new video - I'm very happy with the quality."Clear, Ease Springs"

That worked thanks Gumby!
Okay gonna try to download a vid cheers!
Okay so Ive clicked the link in the other thread and the download has started.. I think.. the azureas thing has an unhappy yellow smilie which says Im connected to peers tracker is okay but I dont have any remote connection? and I may have a NAT problem if the smilie stays yellow? Whats this mean? oh and it says Ive got one seed whatever that means... but nothings coming down by the % download and done... so am I downloading or what!!
Sorry mates but Im a total bloody galah when it comes to this sorta thing!
oh and it asks if I want to open it with Azarias what do I say yes or select something else to open it with?
oh and once I hit the download link the download thing comes up that its done?... where 170Mgs in 0.05 seconds on dialup???? not likely!... but when I click "open" it pops up that its already been saved... where?? in the temp files? why not in the vid files as I asked? how do I click it to open it and watch it?... not making any sence to me Im afraid... oh and its still not showing any dowloading movement in the Az thingy...Believe me there IS life beyond marriage!!! Relax breathe and smile learn to laugh again from the heart so it reaches the eyes!!
