    Default 19mm bore bushing

    Hey all,

Picked up an old sawmaster radial arm saw on the weekend in reasonably good nick. itll need some lovin to get it lookin nice but i dont mind.

Did notice the bore size is 19mm (19.1mm according to my calipers), and looking around the usual traps for blade bushings the closest match i can find is 20mm. is it acceptable to use a 20mm bush on this arbor? or are 19mm bores as old as this saw is and not used anymore?

    Thanks in Advance.

    might be 19.05mm, d.

converting 3/4" to metric gives an answer pretty close to 19.1.

    Cheers,

cheers ed, been searching around for 30mm to 3/4" reducers, very hard to find it seems. have found some 25mm to 3/4" reducers but thats about it. might have to get some machined. either that or im lookin in the wrong places.

I have the same problem with a Paucall Radial arm saw, I had to machine them myself as no one stocked them
