Adjustable footers
Woodies,
I'm building a workbench but due to the fact that my garage has a stuffed (read "it's not level") concrete floor, I want to have adjustable footers (or whatever they are called) in each of the legs. My thoughts were that they are similar to what you get under washing-machines or fridges so that you can level them. Well, I must have been to almost every h/w place in Northern Sydney and cannot get anything that would support the requirements of a workbench. Any ideas where I could get them?
Regards,
Mike.

1" rod is the best idea. Did the same for my thumping bench and old anvil stand before I put it on a stump.
J!
