Finishing options now that Minwax is gone?
For years now i have used Minwax for most wood finishes, but now that Masters has gone belly up they dont seem to be readily available in Aus anymore.
I have tried a Cabots poly that i used back in the 80s, but its not as nice as the Minwax stuff. Same goes for the only wipe on poly available at Bunnings (Feast Watson).
What other options are there out there? Or do i setup a back channel importing of Minwax from the US

I grabbed some of the wipe on poly from Bunnings after reading so much about how the Americans like wipe on poly, specifically Arm-R-Seal. I've put 2 coats on a plywood paper rack I'm making. It's easy to apply and looks decent so far. Still yet to try it on some solid timber.

Have a look at the OSMO range mate. It's all I use these days.
