Advice: Height adjustment
Without thinking things through, I bought a bunch of these little 50mm castors:

They're going on the bottom of several mobile workstations which will double up as outfeeds for the table saw etc. Problem is, I need to be able to adjust the height of the workstations slightly to get them to the exact heights I need (I'm not the most accurate worker). This would have been easier if I'd used the single bolt mount type castors.
Apart from shimming or routing a recess to adjust the height up/down, does anyone have any bright ideas for simple height adjustment with these?

Countersink a bolt through a bit of ply the same size as, or a bit bigger than, the mounting plate, screw the castors to the ply blocks, now you have single bolt mount castors.

Use the plastic builders wedges, makes it easy to pick the correct combination if the floor is not co-planer or the bottom of the legs not co-planer
