Some ideas.
The illumination may not appear that bright in some of these photos but that is because the camera has to cope with the brightness of the lights so the surrounds don't always look that bright but believe me they are very bright.
Ring lights are really useful in some places.
This one is shadow free over a wide area and held in place with magnets.

This shows the 10000 lumen panel in the centre and the 4 x 2500 human LED globes above my electronics bench.
Note the globes are and equal mix of cool and warm whites.
You can also see several other spots (no on) and a maggy lamp type magnifier in there as well.

These are my MW lathe spots. Above and slightly behind me I also have 3 x 2000 lumen LED fluoro type replacement tubes (not turned on) .
The substantial arm they are suspended on is from a macro-photo stand I found in a skip at work.

LED spot inside TS OH/dust guard - this works really well.

I also use LED spotlights above my Metal Milling machine, WW lathe, and have a portable LED spot mounted on a heavy steel plate base that can be moved around and plonked just about anywhere. This lamp was given to me with a halogen globe in it that got super hot so I replaced it with a LED matrix globe. I had to replace the whole mounting mechanism but it was well worth ding. Because it can be moved around it's really useful for reducing shadowing.
