Similar thing happened to mine - it went back to them (under warranty) but the repair was done by De Rossi in Lidcombe, Sydney.

It depends on the amount of onboard smarts it has but the most common fault i've heard of with oloder units is the control board dies. If you can find someone to repair it make sure you get a quote because it may not be worth repairing. In some cases people have bypassed the control board and turned it into a fully manual ON/OFF setup.

    Default Air filter

Thanks Bobl. I saw a video in YouTube repairing the control board replacing a capacitor $ 5.00 (exactly same board ) so I'll try, if it doesn't work I may follow your advice for the ON/OFF bypass.
    Thanks again
    Cheers mate
