Aluminium Edge Profile
I'm trying to track down some special aluminium edging for veneered panels that I recently saw on a kitchen. The profile adds a 5mm border around doors or drawers and sits flush with the surface of the panel. I know Haefle have something similar but theirs are bevelled or scalloped and I'm looking for just a flat edge. Anyone seen these?

I picked up some ali at a wholesaler a while back, and they had a heap of profiles in stock, plus a huge range in a catalogue - ordered a couple of profiles for me and had them in a couple of days. I can't remember their name, but found them in the yellow pages.
To accomplish what you want I'd be looking for a T-shaped profile and cutting a slot in the edge of the panel for it to sit in.

You can give a go to Capral, they have tons of profiles.
