    Default Anti skid tape

Anyone know where you can get anti-skid tape or stair tread tape? Is it available at Bunnings, rang them, they weren't sure. I'm looking at attaching it to push blocks etc.

Tiger, a couple of weeks ago I bought 2 rolls in GoLo as they were selling out of it, so I'm not sure whether they would still have some left. Funny thing is I'd never seen it before they were selling out of it!

So far I have used it on the sacrificial fence for my Incra 1000SE mitre gauge, doing a great job. Probably should go back and get some more if they still have some, especially as it only cost $1.79 a roll!.

Would that be the same as the carpet layers use.
If so try some of the carpet shops.

Thanks, Big Shed and Jim. What was the actual name of the product used by GoLo?

Thought about Carpet places, but Bunnings is closer.

OK Tiger, just went out to the shed and took a picture. Must be dyslexic, it cost $1.97 not $1.79, guess what is called - AntiSlip Tape. There you go

Thanks, Big Shed. Anti - Slip tape, should have figured that might be its name.

No luck with GoLo, they don't stock it anymore. At their price, I could just about have afforded it. Will try other places.

I've seen it in SuperCheap Auto.

Yep, in the builders hardware section.

2 types from memory, one is a sort of stippled rubber, the other is more like adhesive backed heavy sandpaper.

Bunnings have it alright at around $36 a roll! I hunted around and found some a little smaller that was only $23 a roll. I don't need a roll, just a few bits

Tiger, had to go to SuperCheap to get some bits, had a look there for Anti-Slip Tape.

They have it, 5mx48mm, $9.95 a roll, available in reflective white, black and black and yellow stripes.

    Bit better than $36 anyway
