Arbortech
Sold quite a few so far in the short time that they have been available.
For getting rid of the bulk material I still prefer the tct cutter then use the turbo plane for clean up.
Easy to touch up with a fine diamond lap on the flat part of the cutter.Jim Carroll

Bought one few weeks ago... and tomorrow will be on my way getting another one..
We were using coarse sanding disks which were fine but causing plenty of dust so this was a welcome improvement.
It takes out material much faster than sanding it and leaves smooth finish... Aditionally it doesn't flex allowing you to get to those ugly edges..
Our guys love it
Although it is a bit pricey, our guys love it and thus demand for one more..
So big from me

Yeah had mine a couple of months absoloutly love it, I use it mainly for roughing logs down to size on the lathe, it is also the best tool i have found for stripping bark off of logs. A 4 ft long 40 cm dia log takes about 20mins to strip the bark off, one down side is that it makes a lot of mess.

Saw the demonstration of one at the Brisbane TWWS. Works well but throws heaps of debris in all directions.
