Guy, welcome
Maybe try a google image search for arch federation or variations.
At Bunnings on the book/magazine stand there are usually a number of period renovators catalogs/yearbooks/magazines that could be worth a dekko.
Good luck..............cheers..................Sean

A book I found very helpful is " How to restore the OLD AUSSIE HOUSE "by Ian Stapleton printed By "the flannel Flowers Press"
Try your library
This book also helps you date your house. with reference to types of wood used etc. and has a section on screens and arches
