    Default bandsaw trunion support bracket for 14'' bandsaw

    am looking for a trunion support bracket for a carbatec 14'' bandsaw any help would be appreciated thanks, I am in Queensland

    and no to Carbatec and machineryhouse, rang them today

    Its a shame as the rest of the saw looks in good condition. Been a while since that saw was on sale here but all the main tool places had a version of it. Have a try at Gasweld and Timbecon on off chance they may know.
    The other way is try Grizzly but you will be up for postage from the USA.

    It is jus a generic saw sold under too many brands to list, try H&F, if all else fails it would not be that difficult to fabricate from steel.

    How many users ever tilt the table on their bandsaw ?

    I bought an abused Wadkin Bursgreen bandsaw with the trunnion broken.

    It was a straight forward job to fab up something to just attach the table in a fixed horizontal position.

    I later scored another identical saw from Camoz on here so with bit of bartering he scored a metal lathe and the men’s shed got my old saw.

    Seems you could cut the other segment off clean the underside to lay on some say 8 or 10mm steel plate.
    Could make tabs if necessary afterwards, once you've made sure its right.
