Very, very nice.
I think I'd prefer solid seats, but that's just a personal thing.
So nice I'd pinch the idea myself, if it wasn't for the 1,001 other jobs I have on the back-burner.

Thanks Mickelmaster! Not sure if I understand what you mean by "are you altering it at all"? Do mean, if I had to make them again, would I do it differently?
Solids seats would be nice, but my bandsaw blade got a bit blunt and I couldn't resaw some of the blackbutt. Had to cut the individual pieces for the seats on the table saw.A fool with a tool is still a fool ...

Nice elegant looking bar stool, the seat squab/bottom looks uncomfortably flat and has a sharp front edge, being a tall chair people will sit on the front edge.
