Basemate ladder stabilizer.
Hi All,
Firstly, I didn't see a ladders forum so my apologies if this should have gone somewhere else.
I've been looking at getting one of these -> Basemate - New & Improved Basemate Easy Connect Ladder Leveller.
My yard is quite cluttered so I don't have the room for the systems that use outriggers and is also sloping in some of the areas I want to set the ladder up in. This Basemate thingy 'seems' to address the issues I have but I'm wondering if it actually any good in reality or complete crap?
So! Does anyone have one of these or know of anyone who has? I would like to know if it's any use before I go hunting for a supplier.
Thanks/apologies in advance.

it looks a great idea, and if I did ladder work I would buy one.
My concern would be, if it is a bit springy
