Did anybody see the medieval castle builder's 13 knot rope on SBS tonight?
It wasn't used for for the golden mean but the bit of a demo that was given with it was an eye opener.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

No. Pity, it sounds like the sort of show I would've enjoyed.
I know a 13 knot rope gives the good ol' 3:4:5 triangle and appropriate angles, but I believe they used it for a lot more than just that?
