Bessey clamps
Popped into Bunnings on the way back from Carbatec. My mate and I found a box full of Bessey clamps. They were $2 to $6 each. We decided to buy all of them. Together we paid $230 for around $1500 worth of clamps. Here is my share.

I think my partner in crime should post a picture of his share too.

You lucky bugger.
I'd go down the road to have a squizz at my local, but it's a 14km round trip.

Nice score Wongo.
I'd better check out the local Bunnies. And mine is an 80km round trip. Those were the droids I was looking for.

I wonder if that means that Bunnings are dumping the brand generally.
I have bought $99 items from Bunnings in the past for $3. When they decide to dump something they don't muck around.
(BTW, the $99 product comprised a box of things of which the real value to me of each was about $10 for the component parts that I could use. So I bought 15 of the boxes. 'Twas a good deal for me but really excellent for anyone who could use the whole package.)

If this was soccer you'd be running around the field with your shirt up.
Boy am I glad this isn't soccer!

Both sides of the rack are now full. Some are on the floor. There is no room for another one.
I bought this Woodfast disc sander and 4L of tongue oil from CT. Not a bad day I reckon.Visit my website at www.myFineWoodWork.com

Very nice. Now you do not have to purchase any more clamps.

A mate of mine was coming over to help me do the final lift on the benchtop and he took a detour to Bunnies to check it out. They are not on sale BUT the prices have been highlighted (not sure what that means).

That's interesting Groggy. I reckon they are up to something. I mean really why would they sell $50 clamps when most of their clamps are less than $10.

Price in both Penrith stores has been reduced a bit, but nothing like Wongo's score.
