    So does UK have same plugs as OZ? It's quite a risk ordering power tools from overseas I would think, no warranty to speak of. For triton it makes no difference I guess though

    They do require an Australian plug mate, no biggy, just cut the UK one off and wire in the Australian version.
    The warranty is still valid, but would need sending back to the UK if there was a problem.
    I was desperate to get my hands on one of these DW685's, so i went for it. If it was something that was available here i'd think carefully about it, but with huge savings on some of the tools it is very tempting
