Boxing in homemade truss
Working on a project and wondering if we are missing some really good shortcuts.
boxing in truss in 100% cedar d-log building. We have a 33 degree angle along the ceiling and we are boxing in the truss with 45 degree angles on the bottom side of the truss. How would you suggest to make this easier? I need to mention not one thing in this 28 year old building is straight!
Hope you can tell what we are doing by the picture.
Any help would be appreciated in making this project go smoothly versus wanting to strip everything and using long pieces of cedar to cover the trusses.

G'dy Gtab and welcome to the show!!
I think you are doing fine. Might ba a bit slow but that is hoa it is with such projects.
WWhy did you decide to box the trusses in? Was it for the sake of appearance?
