    Default brag for the day

I thought I would share some of my excitement at what I picked up this morning. A pallet load of huon pine that I will use for woodturning, all that fun for$500

    I got wood envy.
I love the smell when it is turned.
I am now going to the shed and fondly look at my one small stick of huon that I keep for something special.

I would be more likely to brag about my brakes if I could park a Triton on that slope.

I'll bet you bought it from a bloke in New Town.
Looked at it myself some time ago when he was asking a grand for it.
It's been for sale for ages, funny how hard it is to sell the stuff here.
Reckon you got a good buy.

The smell is great, I don't think you can beat it as far as timber goes.
I picked it up from a local saw mill up on the coast, you never know the guy in New Town may have got his from the same source. There is a bit of "firewood" in amongst the pack, but still plenty of usable wood.
