These shells MUST NOT contain primers or powder.
It must state that in the message.

As I said they are "unfired" to those who don't know this means they are brand new no primers

A fully loaded shell is unfired.
I presume you are referring to an "unprimed empty shell case".

45acp is a center fire pistol cartridge.
I think your after rifle cartridges ,yes?
You can get brand new brass from gun shops un-primed.

I think you will struggle to find any rimfire larger than .22 / .22 magnum

    G'day.
you will not find any rimfire anywhere larger than .22 magnum.
    They are not made.

    All mainstream cartridges are centerfire.

Wanting cartridges cases larger than .32 calibre would see you looking at 338 magnum or larger. These are like rocking horse schit and very expensive.

    Carl.

Not up with all this technical talk, but I have a few old 303.25 brass cartridges you can have when you come over on the week end.

They are over 40 years old and come from my old Sportco 303.25. The one with the 303 mechanism and cartridge but a .25 barrel and polished wood stock.

338 mag and above are not that scarce if you know where to look ,but can be expensive to buy .
Probably the easiest cartridge case to get is one based on the 7.62mm (308win) military round , or the 5.26mm (223 win) military jobbie.

If you know some one who shoots competition and rolls their own ammo , you maybe be able to get their discards .The brass cases generally work harden and after a while they split along the neck after five or so reloads, and are useless for reloading

Yep. 7.62 (308 Winchester) cases are easy to find.
I have about 4 to 5 thousand laying around here from my Full-bore days.
