    Default Cabreuva Incenso

I found strips of Cabreuva Incenso. First time I've ever cut a wood so tough. very hard
I got a spoon from the kitchen. (the photos do not do anything you need to touch it and realize how hard x)

    Hi,

I really like your design. Beautiful finish.
The cooks in my family have in the past commissioned me to make various kitchen utensils. I make them from American hornbeam. This is apparently the same wood used by Lie Nielsen for their chisel handles. Very hard and tight grained. I use TC burrs to machine it.
