The blade and the fence are not aligned or, it appears, square.
Do a search for setting up a table saw. Plenty of information out there.
Try searching for information on your machine. Setting up a combination machine may involve different steps than a straight table saw.
That blade is also designed for cross cutting. Not ripping. Those were the droids I was looking for.

That also looks like a blade for aluminium, plastic or melamine faced boards, not for thick timber.

The fence next to the saw blade is probably for the jointer for which it is around the wrong way. The rip fence is sitting over the jointer blades.
