    Hi everyone
I need help in finding the correct name and person who can carve a design in my cabinet doors. It looks like it’s etched by it that the right terminology?? I have plain white ikea cabinet door that are particleboard and covered in paper foil from what I’ve seen on their site
( please excuse my ignorance) I want a design etched into them like the photo attached.
    Can this be done?
    Who exactly could do this?

IKEA furniture would be very difficult to carve into without destroying it.

is carving necessary? my first thought is to get it painted or have a stencil created from any of the online stencil provided and spray paint the pattern on.

Just do a google search on "CNC Cabinet Door Manufacturer Victoria" and start a call around.

Probably better to start a search in your local area rather than Victoria which is a pretty wide area.

As per the process from Norse Interiors, The manufacture process is pretty standard for a large majority of cabinet doors today. The pattern is cut in the substrate and then the finish is applied.
What are the doors, sides, and tops made of?

We make our fronts in sustainable MDF wood, certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, which we give a satin sheen paint finish, or add real wood veneer, for long-lasting pieces with a luxe feel. We use conversion varnish, which is more durable and slightly more elastic than a lacquer.
MDF is an engineered wood that lends exceptional strength and ensures the product’s structural integrity over time. The Besta top and side panels are 1/4" for a sleek appearance, and the doors are 3/4" thick, providing the necessary sturdiness. The Sektion panels, and all our wood panels are 3/8" thick.
There is normally a once off setup fee to program the pattern and then a per door cost, last time I had some made it was a $140 setup fee I think ? but that was a few years back now.
