Dressing a Grinding Wheel
I like this guy ... I've watched a couple now and there must be a lot of (metalshop) knowledge there ...
and he has his un-PC moments too

There is also a similar tool but it is a series of washers and star washers that looks like a stacked dado setup. The tool is about 25mm in diameter. (Maybe more.)
I got mine so long ago that I can't remember where. It wasn't very expensive.
I think that for precision grinding (metal or on a Tormek) the diamond tool is necessary.

I think I have watched all his videos over the last 3-4 years. Very good teacher and covers everything in great detail. He sometimes gets on his rants about government and other issues which i like to listen to. Most of it is irrelevant to me anyway but it must mean a lot to him.
