What channel/moulding for plywood joints?
Guys, i won't bore you with my project, but i need to know if there is a channel or moulding that can fit between 2 sheets of 25mm ply? I know i can picture it, but not sure what i have seen it for, maybe as an expansion for flooring or for weatherboard, either way it needs to be H shape to go between 2 sheets of 25mm ply, made from plastic or aluminum and able to withstand external applications. Any help would be much appreciated

With not knowing how close to a bunnies or like you are I would have a look, there are many mouldings of many profiles in wood which may do the job.
Also several in plastic or aluminium, just ask where they are as they will not be in the same rack.
Good luck.
