Covering small imperfections in wood, top putty anyone??????
Hi guys, im rob and have been busy trying to repaint my timber windows. They have a fair few dents and imperfections, does anyone know where i can get a putty that will stick well and use to cover these imperfections. Is there something like a top coat used on gyprock thats easy to work with and sticks well to undercoat thats already on the wood?
would love some direction and many many thanks in advance.

Wood imperfections
Hi There, you could use Builders Bog. Google it for information. It's like car body filler. Though I think it may prefer bare unpainted wood for adhesion.
Cheers, Geoff.

Thanks Geoff
Thanks Geoff, appreciate the prompt reply. I was quite hesitant with bulders bog for fear of unable to sand easily.
once again cheers for the reply, hope you have a great weekend.
