Coving spreadsheet
The attached spreadsheet will help you calculate the fence angle to use when cutting a cove on your tablesaw. Remember that such a cove is not exactly circular, and that this spreadsheet does not take into account the thickness of the blade. You should try your setup on a piece of scrap first, and adjust the fence angle if necessary.
The fence angle is the angle between the fence and the front/rear edge of the table. It is the complement of the angle between the fence and the blade.

It's possible to cut an approximation of any radius up to the radius of your table saw blade. Enter the radius you need and the depth of the cove, and the spreadsheet will give you the angle of the fence to the line of the blade.
When cutting a cove, you can only raise the blade a small amount at a time - less than the depth of the teeth. If you try to raise it more, the work will run against the side of the blade.
Always set your job up so the saw is rotating towards the fence.
