Have a look at this video to see how cricket bats are made with relatively basic tools: The Cricket Bat Making with amazing skill - YouTube
There are plenty of other youtube videos showing how people have DIY-ed a cricket bat at home too.

Thanks for your reply. I have seen this video long ago and i admire their skills. I mostly use hand tools and work from a small place and have only a 9 inch band saw due to size of my workshop restrictions. I need jib because i do handle repairs and its really hard to do repairs as the v cut handle which i buy dosent match with each brand. I have to spend a lot of time to find the right v for each brand. Hence, i want to build myself a V cutting jig that will be standard across all my repairs. I hope someone will be able to help me regarding this

Most businesses have to pay for consulting...
Have you attempted to do ANY research on this at all? Like typing "cricket bat handle cutting jig" into google?

Hi Yes i have researched a lot and i was able to find a image but without specifications of the angle. Dimensions etc. The videos on YouTube only use advance machines with prebuilt jigs or if its a custom one, then i don't have a video of just showing the jig or telling how to make one

If you are looking to start a business, what are you going to produce, club grade bats, test grade bats or just toys for kids, the video linked above are just low grade supermarket items, where are you going to sauce your timber
English willow is seasoned for a minimum of 10 years, to answer you question the splice is normally just cut on a Bandsaw, with a simple guide to achieve the angel, you won't find a jig to suit all brands they all differ slightly.
Further, off the shelf handles are designed to be custom fitted to each bat.

I am already making english willow bats to answer your first part. And you are right about the video but that process is still used for english willow bats by experienced bat makers in india. With newer bats its easy but difficult with repairs so i need to make a jig. If someone who has made a jig for themselves and can help me with the design. It will be amazing
Thanks

Hi N96W. Perhaps some sort of a sled with fence set at the angle of the vee. Rest the bat/handle against it and push whole thing through blade to a preset stop. Use another for the opposite angle so the flat of the bat is always down. Handle will need to be kept at same orientation for opposite cut.

There’s a quick shot of one in here . It looks like a special custom made saw but a cutting sled on a table saw with a pivoting jig should do the same thing. Looks pretty good . The TicToc link says access denied . Last time I did this it said the same and still worked . Interested to know if it doesn’t work .
