The first file you attached downloads fine and is easy to read, the second one is virtually unreadable. Those port charges are a bit higher than I was paying in Melbourne. The shipping costs are also a bit more expensive than I'm accustomed to. That being said I am aware of port costs going up in the past few years. I note that the exchange rate on the shipping costs is pretty poor and that along with the extra distance to a smaller port that probably accounts for some of the extra costs. The rest of the items on the invoice are pretty standard

As i had no previous experience, I was trusting everybody I spoke to, Daniel & I had over 100 emails between us over this adventure, always helpful. I have always put client/customer relations ahead of anything else, and he just went all the way.
As I mentioned (I think) we went to this supplier as recommended by a friend in Adel who had the same machine and also used Quanterm.
Could be more expensive yes but as a first time and the ease of the whole sheebang I am not worried.

What supplier? What machine?
Did I miss something?
Slightly confused.

brief history... wife bought a chinese ebay tabletop laser engraver 18 months ago, why? she is an 'artist  needs no further interpenetration, flogged the guts out of it cutting paper, cardboard and 3mm MDF, burnt the sucker out, so we go Ebay hunting and get a bigger thing, 'free delivery across Australia', bollocks that cost us another $200. then it would not relate to our computer, even though we had recommended program.
Through a mate of a mate brought a guy over from Adelaide and finally after 48 hours had it working.
then 3 months later it decided to die, seller farrrted us around, Ebay were their typical useless self to the buyer then contacted Paypal and 3 weeks later full refund.
were to from there, guy mentioned above had wealth of knowledge in this area and had imported his own designed one privately from China earlier in year and what it couldnt do, was unbelievable. so we hesitantly went down the same path.
A lot more expensive than Ebay crap but a lot cheaper than Australian/USA produced equipment. The little ripper was working within 2 hours of being un-crated.
You can see the order sheet attached and the shipping documentation on previous page, only thing not documented was insurance that was around $200 I think.
