Best place to get decking material around Epping, Victoria. and calculation
On weekend I bought a bosch mitre saw (now i have a saw, laser measure, tape, drill , few drill bits ) and drive around my estate, took some photos of merbua fences done, measure what I need.
I need to do the fence as two sections, I will post the pictures down. I the middle I am planning to do merbua setps to my porch.
The measurements I took is 7790mm fence + 590mm fence to put a letter box. what space I need to leave between the posts? can I do 1100mm between the posts? in that case I need 8 posts for the long fence and 2 posts for the letter box one(total of 10) , and i am looking 1m in height.
Can anyone tell me where is the good place to get the materials (timber, screws etc) near by epping, victoria.
If anyone have any calculators can please calculate the materials I need finish off this job. I dont know what size of merbua slates i need to get, but I think the bigger slates looks nicer in regards to the fences
What about nonail decking? can I use that application on the fence as well? link to nonaildecking= Decking
Below is some pictures of what I am looking to do. I am looking to do this job over the coming weekend if weather allows.

i have found the best way to get a good price is fax or email your quantities and get a quote from a few places just make sure you are comparing apples with apples when comparing prices.
