Height adjustable work bench on Ebay
Surfing Ebay and came across this height adjustable bench and remembering the bench recently made for woodworkers with disabilities, I though someone here might be interested.

Looks like an ex Govt office desk with a vice fitted to it.
My desk at work is exactly the same ,minus the vice.

Sounds like you need to take a vice to the office - you'd be able to get some real work done!
