    Found it fairly easily with an interweb search.

    His name is Jeffro Uitto and he's in Washington (state presumably) in the US.

    With work of that quality, I think it is really important that we always recognise and acknowledge the artist.

    On reflection, there is a lot of work that should be better acknowledged - like a plaque on a couple of nearby monstrosities:
    • Fred Nerk, "Architect", designed this pile of sh*t.

    I really admire those artists who can take items of naturally occurring pieces of nature and arranging them in a way that does not alter each individual piece but gives new life to each piece within the overall artistic piece. Their creative imagination is incredible.
