Thread: Drill side handle

Anything that gets you more leaverage will do. Does not have to be fancy. Even a stick clamped to the handle with hose clamps. As said some drills do have a side handle and they are great but this is a case of whatever gets the job done. I have had the the thing spun out of my grip a few times and it aint fun. The oil filter wrench looks promising. Pain is a great learning curve.

Hang on. Showing my age here. Battery drills all have a torque setting. Set that to manageable and back off if it chatters. By the way anyone here ever used a hydraulic powered drill or chainsaw. Real men's tools. Torque setting is your arms rip off.
