Drying macadamia wood for crafts
Hello to this beautiful Community!
I am a new member of the WWF.
Does anybody have any tips for drying macadamia wood for crafts? I have heard it cracks a lot but was wondering if there is any updates or any recent findings on how to prevent cracking. Thank you!

Hi Luisa.
Resaw the log in to the thinnest boards you can deal with for your craft, seal the ends with some form of wax or paint that will move with the timber, then cross your fingers and hope for the best
