Glen,
I have an A3 I bought 2 years ago, without a manual. I was wondering if you could tell me what you're supposed to put in the reservoir that sprays onto the buffing wheels. Also, any chance of posting pics of the 1 & 2mm adaptors.
Thanks,

the solution i found best is "inox" i used to use crc 556, but found it harder to get hold of. the inox is fine, easy to get hold of, and we get it in a 5lt container. we would refill this reservoir about one a week...depending on work load of course.
the hard part is the flow rate....it tales a fair bit of mucking around to get it right.
here is a hint though. in stead of running sheet through to check it's operation..get some 9mm ply and cut it about 200 x 100 and use it to press down the actuator on the bed.make shore the buffers are in very good condition and the spay is only very fine.
i re adjust the buffer setback at the start of each job. i will get some photos of the 1 and 2 mm packers. i hand made my 1 mm packer. and once you have the photo you can too.
thanks

Thanks for that Glen, I'll give the Inox a try next time I run the machine. I only use it if I have enough time to make my own doors and panels, often I have too much work backed up and get them made by a cutting service. I assume you want the buffing wheels just kissing the board and just covering the edging and maybe 1mm of the board.
