European hinges
In the past I have only used 2 of these Euro hinges on each door. I have 2 large doors where I wish to use these Euro hinges. Two questions:
1. How much door weight can 2 of these hinges support?
2. Can 3 hinges be used on one door (I'm concerned about be able to adjust properly)?
Thanks,
Rocky

I have used up to 4 of these hinges on a single door. You only have to make sure that they are set in the same distance and the mounting plate is set back the same on all of them and they will adjust equally.

Have seen 2200 high 18mm MDF 2 pack and vinyl doors (30Kg +) set with 5 units, no alignment issues whatsoever, but the hinge pockets in the doors and bracket mount holes in th carcass were CNC drilled when cutting the parts, so layout was not an issue. For manual drilling, a drill press and fence system, or a simple jig if routing will ensure consistent positioning.
One tip, when setting the hinges into the door pockets use a long straight edge along the back (door opening side) of the hinges to ensure that they all end up alligned perpendicular to the door edge. All the modern hinge varieties that I have seen have a substantial straight back edge.I used to be an engineer, I'm not an engineer any more, but on the really good days I can remember when I was.
