Full Extention Draw Runners
I have been thinking that I need to build a set of draws for the garage. As part of the first step I need to decide on the runners.
I have been looking at a few sites and the thing that stands out the most is the full extension rails all have ball bearings, well at least the sites that I have been looking at.
For those of you that have build cabinets or used full extension draw runners with ball bearings how do these hold up in a dust producing environment?
I currently have two cabinets in the garage and I know that there is not much dust in the draws. Am I being overly cautious in regards to this future build?

Christos, send a PM to groeneaj to get involved here. He got some for a great price and seem to work really well, but he can fill you in on the details.

Christos,
I've just installed quite a number of drawer slides and have had no problems so far. I got mine from ebay but can't seem to find the supplier. I got 2 types, soft close and just normal. I paid about $12 each for the soft close and when I needed another 15 or so I got just the normal slides for about $6 each (hafele). I picked up the hafele from a kitchen supplier but found them on ebay. I'll do some more searching and see ifI can find them.

I bought some for the kitchen from the local Nover store.
About $17.00 a drawer from recollection.
Good quality and service.Scally

Thank you for the replies thus far. My original plan is to make a cabinet of either 350 or 400mm deep.
I guess since there is not a great deal of negative feedback by using the ball bearing type it should be fine.
