" Fine woodworking" courses
Recently i have been looking into doing one of these fine woodworking courses. Have noticed a fair few places do it.
im a 20 year old carpenter, and would much rather be making furniture for a living.
just wondering, if anyone has done one of these, where they did it, and would you recomend it?
Ps, im not a complete rookie woodworker, but im no expert - always willing to learn more.

I did the Cert IV in Fine Woodworking at Sturt School for wood 10 years ago. I wasn't a complete novice, and found that it really helped, especially in design and techniques. It was pretty full on, you're living the course for a year.
You could also talk to Roy Schack. He's a Sturt graduate, and has been running courses for quite a few years.
