Thread: Folding Coffee Table leg brackets

I have built a small folding coffee table that has one piece "U" shaped pairs of legs each end, fixed to the top along their length with piano hinge. I had a brilliant idea how to hold open/hold closed the folding legs. Yeah well, my idea did not work. No more detail is necessary!!
I am now looking for a suitable bracket or hinge that will fix to the leg ends and will both lock open and lock closed.
Some research has found one in the USA but the cost of freight is 10 times the cost of the product.
A pic of this bracket is attached. Does anyone know where this may be available in Australia or specifically in WA or perhaps another suitable bracket that would suit?
