    Default Formal Pond and BBQ

    Hi All,

I have finally finished two of many DIY projects. My formal pond and BBQ. I have uploaded progress photos in my albums for you all to enjoy and questions are more than welcome. and i will warn you all now that i know the BBQ is made from Brick and not wood however i thought i would share as there is a nice piece of Ston Pine attached to the BBQ.

    Hope you all enjoy

    Cheers
    John

    Crowie,
Did not even think of doing that. Thank you. I have now edited my original post to include some photos.

    Cheers

    Exclamation

While I do not want to detract from your work, or know your situation, do you have any child safety measures to prevent entry into your pond?
The pond looks deep, and the seat will make for easy access.

At this point in time i do not have a permanent fence however there is a temp fence in place (not that we have any children in the back yard as it is somewhat still a construction site) I am also in the planing phase of a retractable fence that can be pulled hard up the boundary fence when we are entertaining but will also not detract from the pond feature when it is closed.
