I've searched, downloaded and tried all the free ones and didn't find one that I thought was worth the price. Have a search, this has been discussed before.

Intellicad by Cadopia, evaluation is fully featuread, fully functioning and free, just need to register to download the software. Autocad lookalike.

Unfortunately the evaluation period expires at the end of the month.

Ive downloaded Allicad and Freecad but havent had a chance to use either.
Allicad seems to be pretty good - I read the website, and have read the email support that gets sent every now and then. A few tutorials inbuilt too...
Do a search for it at google.
