Making a very flat surface... part 2
I took all the advice from the previous thread I made and went with the MDF with bracing. I actually found some straight wood from the Big B to use as rails. Simple set up but it works perfectly as the last pic with the spirit level shows. Even thickness and dead flat both sides. Doesn't take long to do either. I have used a piece of Melamine as a sacrificial surface so I wasn't screwing the bracing wood in to the MDF.
