Default glass top for coffee table

    Hello,

Would anyone know the best method to securely attach a glass (tempered) table top to a wood base or wood legs for a coffee table? The glass won't have a wood frame attached to it so I won't be able to glue wood to wood--it'll have to be glass to wood.

Also, I live in Sydney in the northern beaches area but can travel most anywhere in the metropolitan area.. Any recommendations for a reputable, affordable supplier of tempered glass for coffee table tops?

    Many thanks,
    Gassito.

If the glass just needs to sit on top you can try "bump ons". Basically little clear rubber dots that prevent the glass from sliding across the timber if bumped.
