gluing dowels
New to the toymaking business and need to know how the pros glue the wheels on the dowels. I feel like I should be using a cotton swab on the wheels to insure I am getting enough glue on them. Also I noted that a tight fit is really a tight fit after it soaks up some glue even for a moment. Anybody help a poor old toy maker. Harold

Are you using PVA if so just spread it with a small stick, push onto the dowel with a small twist.
