Been there, tried that. When I was chasing both that & the Gross Stabil 'Bessy clone' clamps, my contacts found that the 'agents' only bring in a couple of models and aren't interested in bringing in anything else

I suggest doing a Google search for 'Gross Stabil' and 'retail' - you should be able to find someone in the US who sells them - I'm pretty certain that Lee Valley and Rockler used to sell them, but I think thye have both dropped the product line.

You should be able to make your own mitre-clamp blocks - just glue a 45 deg. block to a strip of wood, glue sandpaper to the other side, then clamp it to the piece being glued. You then clamp across the ends of the 45 deg. blocks (which form a set of parrallels) with another clamp.

I can't speak to the miter clamps, but you were looking for parallel jaw clamps, that I can speak to. I have a least 4 ea of Gross Stabil, Jorgenson and Bessey. I got the Gross Stabil's first and I have not bought any more. I'd rate the Jorgensons & Besseys better in all catagories.
