I cannot judge on their products. But I took the slabs for my workbench there to get dressed. They were very helpful and friendly with good service.

    Made quick job of it.

    I'd go there again.

I bought the Wood Repair Plus Kit - Knot Filler — Hammer Roo, which I only got the other day, yet to use it but I will give it a try in the next few days.

Haven't used the filler product but The Wood Knight speaks well of it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?si=dji5hKYFG1ELg15L&v=KkaDyJYzEPk&feature=youtu.be

As for Hammer Roo the business, I've only purchased some CA glue and a few small bits of timber (could you say no to a $2 offcut of ironbark that will easily make a box? I think not!) but they were great to deal with.
