Ya can't do it cause according to your title the frame has been stolen

A photo please and measurement of width between stiles and height from floor to underside of head

3 options
#1 Order a custom sized door and use Hyline rebateless hinges (use pop rivets to fix to jamb and 40x12 timber stop beads to create the rebate
#2 Use 2 stiles only and fix to jamb with self tapping screws packing the stiles to suit a standard 2040 x 720 door
#3 Use a 2040 x 770 standard door and add a 16mm packer to the hinge stile and fix timber stop beads as per #1
My recommendation is a custom size door

Piece of 32mm MDF cut to suit opening. Bead the rebate on the steel frame. Rebateless hinges (minimum 3) use long screws in the mdf.

By the looks of it you should be able to use the existing door as long as you don't have to cut any more than 35mm from the height and width. If you cut the width, try and cut it all from the lock side as there is a lock block there and the stile should be a little wider on that side. If you are trying to keep a draught out then i would recommend a Raven RP10 seal and fix it straight to the steel frame. If the existing jamb is in a brick wall it could be core filled with concrete, which will make the process a little harder.

Following on from what Ray said you can buy blockboard core doors that you can cut down to your requirements. Most hardware stores stock them
It is a relatively simple job to do if you are a bit handy.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll look into those options... If it's all a little overwhelming to handle (I'm not the most accurate on the tools yet) I might just bite the bullet and call someone in. If it was just a timber frame and hanging a timber door id feel a little more confident...
