    Thumbs up Hare & Forbes - Top Service

    Hi All,

    I am not affiliated with them in any way but I wanted to make a point of the good service I received from Hare and Forbes in Melbourne last week.

    I bought an MC1100 from them last year and almost immediately the locking handles stripped out and I had to start rotating the one that hung on so I could tighten up the toolrest and bowl turning attachment etc. Anyway, I fronted up the the counter hoping to get some replacements and bingo-bango they shipped 3 brand newies straight from Sydney for me. All they did was check the sale on their system cos I couldn't find the receipt.

    Nice when things are made easy for you

    Yep, I've had pretty good service over the years. Even if they don't know they will try, and they are pretty cheap.
