    Red face Bench finished

It’s done - about a week of pretty hard work and a number of bandaids.

The M&T joints were a great learning experience - challenging but rewarding. I certainly didn’t get them beautifully square and snug fitting like the Paul Sellers videos, but they seem to be structurally sound and I guess they’re “rustic”.

Thanks for the advice of the members who gave me the confidence to try this, and happy new year!

You have done a grand job!

But, especially, I really like how you met the challenge. Well done!

    Very well said, Derek.

And you did it, EB, with just a bit of faith in yourself.

Isn't it nice when things just work!
